Our Service Times Are:
Sunday School at 9:30am
Sunday Morning Worship at 10:30am
Sunday Evening Worship at 6:30pm
Wednesday Night - Youth at 6:00 pm
At East Clemson Baptist Church, we are a family of believers who gather together to study and learn from God’s Word to mature as His Disciples and encourage one another.
*On the first Wednesday evening of each month we join together as family for a “potluck” meal and fellowship.
*Come enjoy worshiping the Lord with our ECBC praise band Keep The Faith!
*We provide opportunity for all ages to be involved in Bible Study, community outreaches and missions.
One of the defining hallmarks of this church is our high view of the Bible as the pure and true Word of God. This commitment to the Bible and a desire for a strong evangelical Baptist witness in this community were the motivating reasons for the establishment of this church in 1966. We are a Southern Baptist Church and we accept the Baptist Faith and Message as an accurate confession of our faith. But, in summary, this church stands firm upon these historic Christian beliefs:
The Bible is the inspired error-free Word of God and is the final authority in all matters of faith and practice.
Jesus Christ was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life and atoned for our sins by His sacrificial substitutionary death on the cross.
He arose bodily from the dead, ascended to heaven and will return to earth to resurrect the dead and execute judgement.
We receive forgiveness of sin and eternal life by personally repenting of sin and turning in faith to Jesus Christ as Lord. We express that commitment to Him through baptism by immersion and growth in discipleship in the context of a local New Testament Church.
Christ taught that true Christian love is the mark of those who follow Him. And, East Clemson Baptist Church promotes that attitude within our membership and to the world around us as well.
